HotBlock Jmoe is a rising hip-hop artist from Dolton, Illinois, a suburb on the outskirts of Chicago's South Side. He began his musical journey by remixing 50 Cent’s “Wanksta,” which garnered positive feedback and solidified his decision to pursue a career in music. In 2019, Jmoe gained industry recognition with his breakout single “Pressure,” leading to a contract with the independent label Velcro Records . His debut track under the label, “Long Road,” featuring fellow Chicago artist G Herbo, narrates the challenges and triumphs of growing up in Chicago

His discography includes projects like Forever Relentless, Sage Mode The EP, and Da Hottest. In 2022, Jmoe relocated to Los Angeles to further his music career while maintaining strong ties to his Chicago origins. He has collaborated with artists such as Yung Bleu, Tyla Yaweh, and Polo G, and has performed at events like Summer Smash and Polo G’s Chi Fest.
